Will Smith didn't stop his apartment hunt when he had an offer of a free Clinton Hill penthouse on the table, but he's finally found new digs, the Post's Jennifer Gould Keil reports. In town to film Men in Black III, he passed up 54 Bond to rent the fourth-floor unit at neighbor 25 Bond Street, a whopping 7,326 square feet, 5BRs, and 6.5BAs. We don't know what Smith's rent is, but the apartment was once asking$55,000/month. (It was up for sale for $19.5 million.) But hey, these days, the kids can probably chip in on the rent.

Anne Eisenhower Finds Buyer for Her $35M Southampton Estate

Claverack, the  $35 million  Southampton estate belonging to  Anne Eisenhower (yes, like the president!) has finally found a buyer. Sotheby's Harald Grant, who's listed the property for years now, "confirmed" to the  WSJ  "that the three-story house ... was in contract and due to close before the end of the year." Sadly, Grant stayed mum about the price, but most brokers still think it'll rank as one of the top sales of the year. And seeing how Eisenhower paid  only $5 million  for the place in the '90s, she stands to profit no matter what.
