Forty-one contracts were signed at the $4 million and above.  

Quick Stats: 

- 25 Condo Units with an average asking price of $8.050M and an average $/sqft of $2,853.

- 11 Coop Units with an average asking price of $7.523M.

- 5 Townhouses with an average asking price of $7.045M and an average $/sqft of $1,478. 

- The overall average asking price: $7.786M.

- The median asking price: $6.595M.

- The total average listing discount: 7%.

-The average number of days on the market: 493.

This past week was the year's biggest week for coop sales since mid-December. Seven out of the 11 deals were on the UES.

Anne Eisenhower Finds Buyer for Her $35M Southampton Estate

Claverack, the  $35 million  Southampton estate belonging to  Anne Eisenhower (yes, like the president!) has finally found a buyer. Sotheby's Harald Grant, who's listed the property for years now, "confirmed" to the  WSJ  "that the three-story house ... was in contract and due to close before the end of the year." Sadly, Grant stayed mum about the price, but most brokers still think it'll rank as one of the top sales of the year. And seeing how Eisenhower paid  only $5 million  for the place in the '90s, she stands to profit no matter what.
